Abstract :
It is very important to evaluate enterprise technical innovation ability scientifically. In order to realize the goal, analytic hierarchy process is presented to evaluate enterprise technical innovation abilities in the paper. Firstly, evaluation indexes of enterprise technological innovation capabilities are determined. Then, the discriminant matrix is established according to the pairing comparison of the indexes in same layer, and the weights of each group of evaluation indexes are gained by calculation for discriminant matrix. Finally, a certain enterprise in Zhejiang province is adopted as our experimental case. The evaluation result shows that the evaluation for enterprise technological innovation capabilities by AHP is feasible.
