Abstract :
To assess water resources-environmental carrying capacity of Hunnan New District in Shenyang,based on fuzzy math, the article proposes a model of comprehensive fuzzy assessment of water resources-environmental carrying capacity, The evaluating result shows that water resources environmental carrying capacity may gradually reduced with the passage of time,the imbalance between supply and demand of water resources is outstanding day by day. In order to better illustrate the carrying capacity of water based on comprehensive assessment of water resources-environmental carrying capacity.
