Abstract :
An electron gun pulser using modular components is described. The design is easy to maintain and upgrade because it is not dependent on a single custom gun assembly. The pulser does take advantage of advances in fiber optic telecommunication hardware, cable television amplifiers, and solid state pulsers to improve overall performance.<>
