Abstract
We present a probabilistic framework for physical layer secrecy when the locations and channels of the eavesdroppers are unknown. The locations are modeled by a Poisson point process. The channels include path loss and Rayleigh fading. Beamforming and frequency-selectivity of the fading channels are shown to greatly increase the probability of secure communications.
