Abstract :
Air pressure control device is presented for continuous control on air pressure, to make which varying from vacuum to low pressure with high accuracy and fast response. The study on the device is aimed to implement semi-physical flight height simulation technology of aircraft. With the development of air pressure control technology, the embedded computer technology has now become an integral component of air pressure control system. As one kind of widely used bus standard, PC/104 embedded industry controlling computer is introduced to the device. A design scheme of air pressure control system is presented based on the info mentioned above. The focus includes its composition, sub-system´s function, system working principle and software design. Embedded computer software and hardware can complementary to each other to accomplish EMC design, shock absorption design, reinforcement design, and so on, so that stability and reliability, etc can be reached. The performance of the device is then highly improved.
