Abstract :
This works presents a technique to schedule systems under risk management through risk mitigation and using control theories. The assumption that systems are affected by external factors or disturbances has been the link to incorporate risk management in project scheduling. A model predictive controller is used to determine the time execution of the mitigation actions to reduce the risks that may affect the system. A real-life project from Intel Corporation has been taken as example to show the benefits of the method.
