Research on talent cultivation system of engineering practical ability in computer and information professorship

In view of special employment situation in computer and information professorship in local university, the ideal of constructing practice, internship and experiment teaching center is put forward. The center gathers the advantage resources from schools, enterprises and training institutions. It will realize good resources complementary of inside and outside school. For the good running of the base, some teaching reforms, including in talent training plans, curriculum system, practice teaching, teacher structure and so on, are given and carried out. For the effective management and evaluation of practice process for students and instructors in inside and outside school, the virtual practice network platform is realized. Finally, the results in the middle of the construction are given, and some problems are pointed out.
