Abstract :
The advantages and disadvantages about MATLAB are described in this paper. Several methods of mixed programming between MATLAB and other programming languages such as VC, VB and VC# are presented, including using MATLAB Compiler, MATLAB Engine, the third-party software Matcom, MATLAB Builder for .net to build COM component, MATLAB Visual Add-in and other methods. Finally analysis and suggestions about the occasion adopting these methods are put forward.
