  • Abstract
    Facing intense competition increasingly, traditional industries regularly step in the declining period after the long term development. To get further more enterprise development, the only way for traditional enterprises is transformation, which has been imperative. Now, many enterprises has already carried on the exploration in practices. Based on the analysis of enterprise status, thinking about the enterprises transformation problem. This paper analyzes the obstacles for transformation and then propose that enterprise transformation task could be undertaken by knowledge enterprises or enterprise transformed from traditional enterprises and important way is to establish the knowledge enterprise to complete this task, the breakthrough point is producer service, and by adopting electronic commerce, knowledge management etc. to realize.
