Abstract :
Based on the definition of knowledge acquisition capability, the early warning index system is established from six aspects. The weights of the indicators are determined by AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation is used for the total score. Finally, the applicability of this system is evaluated through case studies, which also provides a new channel of thought for senior managers to distinguish the level of crisis and take precautions immediately.
