Abstract :
In this age of change, the effort of understanding the requirements of our counterparts, peers, etc. becomes more intense each day as our environment, work habits and ethics rely on many more external forces than they have in the past. The stress levels of all concerned disciplines, can be directly measured against the cultural change in the work force and place, as well as the push for greater and faster technologies and information. The history, present and future of process software solutions are outlined, including the increasingly popular MRP II and BRP business process planning paradigms
