After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Based on the international experience and the situation of China´s telecommunication market,by empirical method,we analyze the main influenced factors of the telecommunication agent loyalty,and according to the loyalty between telecom operators and telecom agents,we explore the mechanism of the telecommunication agent loyalty, providing a basis for the effective operation and management of telecommunication market.
