Research and Application of Synectics on the Protection Mechanism of Intellectual Property in Witkey Mode

The article raises a new proposal about how to improve the protection mechanism of intellectual property in the witkey mode. This proposal makes use of the synectics, considering about the three participants (the witkey, the mission publisher and the Web site) in the witkey mode, directly towards the problems which exist in the protection mechanism of intellectual property. The proposal includes the establishment of the Internet real-name system, the way to authenticate the right of works based on the technique of "one-press to add watermark"and technique of digital fingerprint, and the foundation of the moral supervision system on the Internet. Meanwhile, the passage also has analyzed the efficiency and advantages of this proposal and showed the whole flow.
