Abstract :
Intellectual property risk has become most important of the three risk the corporations faces in knowledge-based alliance. So this paper analyzes the influence of safeguarding behaviors to Intellectual property risk through 243 questionnaires with SEM, the main contributions can be summarized as follows: firstly, by making the concept of trust into certain behavior, from a new view, this research made a complement of the traditional Knowledge Based Theory and transaction cost theory on the area of trust. The results of this research, on the one hand, complements the Knowledge Based Theory´s disadvantage of just emphasizing on enterprises´ own knowledge protection, on the other hand, complements the limitations of the Transaction Cost Theory balancing between the formal risk safeguarding measures and informal safeguarding measures; Secondly, refer and verify that in the knowledge-based alliance, enterprises can take different control measures to guard against the intellectual property risk, deepening the related research contents of selection of risk control behavior in the Knowledge Based Theory. The orientation of further research are proposed at last.
