Abstract :
Nowadays, to avoid over-speed and parking violation, repair vehicles are commonly monitored and positioned under monitoring and dispatching system by most of local-level power supply enterprises. With the development of electric utilities, power supply enterprises are urged to improve their response speed to power troubles. In such a situation, electrical repair vehicles must be under a status of 24-hour control and of rapid dispatching. In the light of the real demand of electrical repair vehicles, this paper designs a rapid dispatching system, in which electrical repair vehicles can be positioned, and priority strategy can be given to simultaneous multiple troubles, and solution of optimized electrical repair vehicles and rapid dispatching can be provided by the use of Dijkstra algorithm and the design of dynamic weight. It has been proved that this system can greatly reduce the dispatching time of repair vehicles and can largely improve the working efficiency of trouble repair.
