Abstract
It is experimentally clarified that the frequency spectra observed at the different points in PCB (printed circuit board) show the different patterns for the same pulsive conductive noise injected on AC-mains under the following three operating conditions of personal computer such as power off and power on (program running and no program running). Finally, the conceptual equivalent circuits of PCB for three operating conditions are proposed.
