This paper describes the building-up of Three-gorges Logistics Center (TGLC), analyzes the current plight which TGLC faces with because of the influence of serious global economic influence resulted from American´s Subprime Mortgage Crisis, and based on which proposes short-, medium- and long-term countermeasures of the TGLC´s building-up.
