Abstract :
Coastal cities are developing rapidly in recent years, but serious broken eco-environment, irrational marine industrial structure; unsound regulations hinder marine economic development. Therefore, this paper studies the EBM (Ecosystem-based Management) and suggests improving the environment, management and marine industrial structure. These suggestions have important significance all-round coordinated and sustainable development of the environmental protection, economic growth, social communities and other aspects in coastal cities.
