Abstract :
Aiming at the problem of the low rate of land utilization, poor living conditions in rural residential area, this paper puts forward the concept of new rural residential area construction which of the characteristics such as clear aim, sustainable development, systematic construction, regional differences, urban-rural coordination, and diversity of subjects. It also analyzes the problems and the reasons of rural residential area construction in Tianjin. Base on the classification of the rural area in Tianjin according to natural, social, economic and other factors, it puts forward the four feasible modes: the urbanization model, off-site migration model, construct the central village model and the internal transformation control mode. Finally, four kinds of modes were compared and analyzed.
