The Study on Quality Advanced of Industrial Workers Based on Industrial Upgrading of Zhejiang Province

In the beginning of 2010, "Shortage of migrant workers" is once again attracting attention. At the same time, it presents two opposite views: "Shortage of migrant workers reminds that we should accelerate the pace of industrial upgrading" and "Shortage of migrant workers may not be able to force industrial upgrading, they may lead the industry to collapse ". The industrial upgrading is one of three big projects which would be put into effect to realize a strategic plan to build the advanced manufacturing industry base. And this paper studies large amount of related documents about industrial upgrading home and abroad, sums up the connotation and routes of industrial upgrading, and analyses the close relevance between the industrial upgrading and quality advanced of industrial workers in Zhejiang province. The paper emphasizes that, quality advanced of industrial workers will be a very hard and important project to realize industrial upgrading and build the advanced manufacturing industry base.
