Abstract :
Remember that in winter time of 1996, we had the first Asia-Pacific Conference on Environmental Electromagnetics (CEEM1996) in XiAn JianGuo Hotel. Now, after 13 years, we have the honour to welcome friends and colleagues from Asia-Pacific and worldwide in this more than thousand years old and seems just 20 years young city — XiAn again.
