Abstract
Mentoring as an important measure for organization to development employees in America and other developed country has attracted lots of attention from practitioners and academic researchers in recently 30 years. In this article, the results of theoretical research of mentoring were analyzed, and a human resource development strategy model was proposed, including key points among the steps of strategy formation, strategy implementation, and strategy evaluation. This article will be helpful to make out a framework to integrate western theory and the experience of Chinese practitioners.
