Abstract
To explore the relationships among human resource system, organizational learning, knowledge sharing and firm performance, Chinese enterprises participated in this investigation. We found that HRM system influenced organizational learning while organizational learning influenced knowledge sharing and firm performance positively, and knowledge sharing also had a direct influence on firm performance. As anticipated, the intervening effect of organizational learning and knowledge sharing between HRM system and firm performance was significant. Implications, limitations and future research directions for the study are discussed.
