Abstract
We have measured the small shifts of the Rabi pedestals relative to the narrow Ramsey fringes in NIST´s new optically-pumped frequency standard. The dependence of these shifts on magnetic field, Zeeman line, and microwave power enables us to analyze the frequency biases in the standard resulting from Rabi pulling, cavity pulling, and magnetic field inhomogeneity.<>
