Abstract :
A control system synthesis that makes use of a single-input-single-output (SISO) control basic building block (CBBB, or CB3) enabling zero steady-state error and minimized transient error is presented. The CB3 consists of algebraic summers accommodating closing two feedback loops and of particularly synthesized stabilization blocks that allow for essentially infinite gain margin and desired phase margin. The control law implemented through the use of the CB3 is thus classified as on optimal law with very strong robustness properties
