Abstract :
A 10 V calibration system at KRISS is described which allows the measurement of 10 V electronic voltage standards using 1 V Josephson array with the help of an automated 10:1 resistive voltage divider system. The overall uncertainty of a measurement (1/spl sigma/) at 10 V is less than 0.1 ppm.<>
