Abstract :
High performance is the goal that all companies hope to attain. And the strategic performance management systems are the basic safeguard for a company to get high performance. From the Perspective of Core Competencies, this paper has built a Hierarchical model of the strategic performance management systems for companies, and reviewed entirely the relationship between the strategic performance management systems and core competencies, the agreement between core competencies and performance culture, the agreement between performance culture and the implementation of performance management, and the harmonious relationship in the performance management process.
