Abstract :
A verification mechanism of vehicle images based on digital watermarking is proposed. This mechanism can be used to detect the modification on watermarked vehicle images. In addition, the modified pixels can also be pointed out by this verification mechanism. It can therefore make the video enforcement of the ETC (electronic toll collection) trust-worthy.
