After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The paper studied the necessity of the Brownfield redevelopment problem from the perspective of ecology and integrated the environmental evaluation, social evaluation, economic evaluation, financial evaluation and risk evaluation into the Brownfield redevelopment project evaluation system. Combined with the analysis of the stakeholders, the paper presented the integrated Brownfield redevelopment evaluation system based on the stakeholders from the perspective of ecology which included social and economic index, financial and accounting index, environmental and health index, prospective value index.
