  • Abstract
    This paper briefly introduces the current status of EAP service used in the world; analyzes the fundamental functions of management system of an EAP service organization; explains the hierarchical framework of a internal web-based EAP management system. Then, the paper pays more attention on implementation of the system, especially on management of the uses´ role and privileges and accomplishment of the bilingual management system by tag library.
