Abstract :
The disturbance-compensation of ball screw servo system composed of AC permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is studied. The disturbance which is produced by variation of system parameters, machinery nonlinear etc, is estimated, based on the derived model, and which is fed back to input port as a compensation signal. The simulation and experimental results show that the ball screw servo system with disturbance observer (DOB) is robustness.
