Abstract :
According to the characteristics of army knowledge management, construct the army knowledge management performance evaluation system. 9 indexes are adopted to evaluate the primary commander diathesis. These indexes include idea and morality level, physical health, professional knowledge of military, basic knowledge of military, organizing and commanding ability, judgment and decision ability, commanding military force ability, high-tech knowledge, and computer executing level. Ascertain the weight of Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation by using the neural network(NN). The neural network comprises a back propagation NN(BPNN), a radial basis function NN (RBFNN). It revises the neural network weight step by step by using the NN, it make the weight in fuzzy evaluation accord with the fact well. This can get better effect.
