The supply-demand relationship of entrepreneur´s ability: A research paradigm of the growth of a family business

The entrepreneur ability is the key factor to influence the growth of family business. The influence of entrepreneur ability to the enterprise growth is reflected on the demand and supply relationship of entrepreneur ability. The compared results of entrepreneur ability in supply and demand decide the efficiency boundary of enterprise operating and the scale boundary of enterprise growth. Because of the four big contradictions of entrepreneur ability in supply and demand as well as the deficiency of capacity supply which is an important characteristic of family business growth, therefore, to seek the balance of supply and demand or surplus of entrepreneur supply ability is the key factor to realize the sustainable development of family business. In reality, entrepreneurs always realize the balance or supply "surplus" through enhancing the entrepreneur ability supply level, reducing the entrepreneur ability demand level and increasing the main body number of entrepreneur supply ability, thus forming different enterprise growth paths.
