Abstract :
How to improve the detection performance of cognitive radio has concerned more and more, but most studies are based on the AWGN channel. For cognitive radio will be used by people as soon as possible, the research of detection performance under the fading channel is essential. The detection performance of cognitive radio based on Rayleigh fading channel which is the most representative is studied in this paper. And the probability of detection and false alarm on the method of double threshold sensing in the Rayleigh channel also are derived. The simulation results show that the performance on the double threshold method can improve more significantly than the conventional cooperative sensing method.
