Abstract

Private enterprises and private entrepreneurs are undertakers and subjects of enterprise technological innovation, and are the keys to the success of innovation. Starting from reviews related with enterprise technological innovation, this paper describes the innovation system composed of four factors, i.e., technological innovators, innovation opportunity, innovation funds and innovation environment of private enterprises, discusses the characteristics of innovative private enterprises, conditions that innovative entrepreneurs have and factors that innovative entrepreneurs make innovation, and finally puts forward the development trend of technological innovation of private enterprises.
