Abstract :
In the process of SME innovation and growth, venture capital plays an indispensable role. Although the research is quite mature on venture capital and innovation, systematic analysis is relatively scarce on links between venture capital and small business independent innovation yet. Grouned on existing research achievement, from the angle of the self-organization theory, the paper expounds the links between the two areas.
