Abstract :
Weather radar data is one of most important data for short-range forecast and detecting and monitoring the severe weather. Many research fields, such as monitoring and warning systems for severe weather, improving the nowcasting accuracy, examining and verifying algorithms, and enhancing radar data applications, requires typical high-credible radar case data. This paper describes a disaster case management system based on Doppler weather radar, which employs collaborative framework focused on workflow, task division, content management, and control of user role. Within implementation of this architecture, high scalable content and good usability of the case management and date service are achieved.
