Abstract
Extends interpolation noise theory, and finds an analytical solution which allows one to relate baseband noise to the switching patterns used. This solution is independent of the type of interpolation scheme. A `matrix analysis´ method is presented in this paper which establishes an analytical relationship between different interpolation schemes. This method has made it possible to devise ways of minimising the baseband interpolation noise
