Abstract :
Algorithm of aero hazard weather was studied by meso-scale numerical prediction model (MM5) and World Area Forecast System (WAFS). After meso-scale numerical prediction model was localized, algorithms of hazard weathers were analyzed. Algorithms of aero route hazard weather about wind shear, bump, icing, visibility, cloud cover and cloud height were established. The forecast results of wind shear grade, bump grade, icing grade, visibility, cloud cover and cloud height were given out. These products were displayed with Meteorological Information Comprehensive Analysis and Processing System (MICAPS) in operation. Based on interpolation algorithm, projection commutation and WAFS, the plane and section charts of wind and temperature prediction product of random fairway were processed and made. The application instance showed that the algorithm and forecast outputs played an important role in actual application and service of the conferences of China´s parliament and China´s Political Consultative.
