Rule customization, rule storage and rule execution are three components of this model. Ontology is introduced and two feasible ways for two roles in SaaS are presented for dynamic rule customization, two rule storage modes are analyzed with a suggested scheme given, and then rule execution strategies are discussed and a proposal is summarized. By putting this model into practice, the experimental SaaS application indicates that the model can well support business rule processing in SaaS environment.
