Abstract
Summary form only given. Propagation characteristics of high power microwaves are investigated in preformed plasma density channel. The plasma density channel is formed by inserting a thin glass strip along the axis of the chamber. The width and depth of the density channel can be adjusted by changing the background plasma density.
