  • Abstract
    A method of nonlinear compensation for human vision contrast resolution (HVCR) is presented to acquire the best image quality in the conditions of low-light-level. In order to obtain the compensation depth for the best quality image, the best image quality assessment (BIQA) method is also proposed.
