Abstract

This paper works out a collaborative ERP model based on GDSS under collaborative commerce environment, in order to cope with the competitions in e-commerce and group decision-making, as well as the requirements of real-time transaction information systems and integrative information systems which can play an important role in interaction among different enterprises. The new ERP system extends the functions of traditional ERP by providing GDSS modules with external supply chain orientations, to realize real-time group decision-making and optimize the whole supply chain.
