College Student Cadre´s Leadership Training Study and Practice

The cultivation of young leaders has great significance to our socialist cause´s consolidate and development. College student cadre contingent, as a special group, is the main force of China´s future leaders. So in the new period, we should actively explore new ways to train student leaders and determinedly to improve their leadership. This article applies comprehensive analysis methods, from China socialist cause´s development, College career´s development, Enterprise´s sustainable development, we analyse the necessity of student cadre´s leadership training. From Yangtze university student cadre training senior class´s successful experience, we discuss the new way to student cadre´s leadership training and have a strategic thinking about student cadre´s leadership training. It provides guidance and reference to college student cadre´s leadership training.
