  • Abstract
The success of one construction project mainly depends on the performance of Construction Project Supply Chain (CPSC). CPSC is faced with a rising instability of structures, processes, relationships, and environment. Because of the strong link between a supply chainpsilas instability and project management, the supply chain instability becomes a major challenge of todaypsilas construction project management. However, the existing literatures in CPSC generally directly give the strategies rather than put forward on method to measure and give the reason of instability. This paper attempts to expound the instability of CPSC and put forward a new approach to analysis the state based on system theory and HeXie theory. To overcome the non-linear effect in supply chain, the method of harmony analysis matrix is applied to analyze the present state and to figure out the most important, and then realize the ideal harmony situation through the system evolution optimization model in order to guide the managers to take the corresponding strategic measures.
