  • Abstract
Blind pursuit of profit maximization and market share plunge Toyota into the scandal of the recall. The warning model of management honey pot, based on the basic principle of crisis warning and combined with the theories of behavioral science, has conducted a preliminary analysis and discussion on the relationship and mechanism of factors influencing risk factors and has established the concept model of early warning of management honey pot to be able to better the management of our car market. From the treelike structure and the mathematical model , we can see that in practice, combining the historical data of auto recalls and making a calculation with the mathematical model, we can perform a simple warning. Although not necessarily accurate, such a warning model equals a "firewall” located outside the car market, which can play a role in early warning and ensure the harmonious development of the automotive market.
