Abstract :
This paper provides highway construction object-evaluation index system and establishes a revised LFA of project object-evaluation from the LFApsilas four-level cause and effect relation. We utilize AHP to compute index weight and obtain the qualitative index values by using contrast method and expertspsila opinions and then decide a membershippsilas degree. To get the quantitative indexes, the triangle-fuzzy-number method is applied to decide a membershippsilas degree and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established to decide how a highway construction project is carried out. Finally we provide an empirical test for our method by studying Chang-Tan Highway construction in details. It is shown that Chang-Tan Highway project is perfect with a score of 81.18.
