  • Abstract
    The planning and construction of power network project directly impact on the region´s social and economic development, however, because there is a lot of planning project uncertainties. Therefore, only by means of scientific and reasonable project risk evaluation method, power network planning project can be effective management and control. This paper in-depth analysis on the various factors that affect power network planning project risk management, and quantify these factors, then establish a risk evaluation system of power network planning project. With the help of AHP, BP artificial neural network, the paper carry out the risk evaluation of power network planning project. Finally, the evaluation model are used to practical application, and verify the practicality and effectiveness of the system.
