Abstract
Emulation modeling of computer networks is an effective technique for evaluating the performance of network, transport, and application-level protocols. Traffic generation is one of the key challenges in modeling and simulating the Internet. In this paper we present a Emulation system for controlled live traffic generation over given network. This work presents a platform, named Real Network Traffic Generation System Based on Typical Network Behavior and Protocols, which allows to simulate network real traffic. Network traffic generation is controllable and responsive. It can be used to evaluate or examine several network servers and establish live network traffic environment for network security experiment.
