Abstract
Summary form only given. We present an experimental and computational study of a moderately complex stochastic system realized using nonlinear optics. Our system involves multiorder stimulated Raman scattering (SRS) of noisy pump pulses in optical fiber. This system entangles and shapes multiple sources of noise through cascaded nonlinear interactions, and displays definite statistical signatures of the different noise sources and the cascaded nonlinear processes that shape them.
